Makes a quart and a half
Ingredients:
4 Egg yolks
1 Cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
8 Finely minced garlic gloves
1 Cup parmesan cheese
4 Cups vegetable oil
6 Each anchovies finely minced
Salt and Pepper to taste
This is not your average Caesar dressing the lemon adds a great freshness to the taste and is ideal for the summer.
