Title:
FOOD AND BEVERAGE DIRECTOR
Description: Seeking an energetic, highly motivated individual to manage all aspects of Food and Beverage division in accordance with hotel standards. Our Director of Food & Beverage is the key leadership member of the Hotel’s Food and Beverage team. Candidates should be passionate about their team and guest service. This is an opportunity for the right candidate to take the guest service experience to a new level. Our Director of Food & Beverage is a Leadership Committee member of the Hotel’s operations team.
- Position will be responsible for supervising/managing/overseeing the following departments: Two full-service restaurants, three kitchens, two bars, Banquets Coffee Gift Shop and Purchasing.
- Must have experience at properties of similar size and quality.
- A person who enjoys properties that place as much emphasis on F&B as on Rooms.
- Requires a minimum of 4 year(s) of experience in this position.
- Position will be required at times to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, and week-ends.
- Position will take an active role in the community.
- Ideal candidate will reside within a fifty mile radius of the hotel.

Title:
RESTAURANT MANAGER
Description: Provides leadership and direction to department staff ensuring exceptional guest service is achieved thorough communication, follow up, and consistent operating standards achieving the departments operational, business and human resources goals.
- Two to four years’ supervisory experience and/or training in food and Beverage at a property of similar size.
- Responsible for high quality guest service and 100% satisfaction.
- Competent in all restaurant jobs e.g. server, hostess, and bartender.
- Assist Food and Beverage Director with operational needs, concerns, and responsibilities.
- Proficiency in programming, troubleshooting and using a POS systems helpful

Title:
CATERING MANAGER
Description: Generate top of the line catering revenue for the hotel by maximizing all revenue potential and up-selling additional events/amenities whenever possible to build additional revenues.
- In preparing for this position, candidate ideally will have worked in at least the following departments or positions: Catering Sales Manager or Catering Coordinator.
- Requires a minimum of 1- 2 year(s) of experience.
- This position reports to: Director of Sales and Catering
- Must have experience at properties of similar size and quality.
- Position will be required to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, and week-ends.
