Seared Salmon Fillet – Lemon Beurre Blanc, Buttered Baby Red Potatoes, Seasonal Vegetables.

Grilled Tenderloin of Beef – Béarnaise Sauce, Herb Whipped Potatoes, Seasonal Vegetables.
