October Recipe 2011

> Thank You Cookies
Ingredients:
2 cup All Purpose Flour
3/4 tsp Kosher Salt
3/4 tsp Baking Soda
2 sticks Butter (room temperature)
1 cup Sugar
2/3 cup Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
1 1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
10 oz Dark Chocolate Chips

Preparation:
Marry all of the dry ingredients; work in batter and eggs until well incorporated. Bake at 300 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes.

Makes 2 dozen cookies
